Meeting of Minds: Cognitive Enhancement Program

Meeting of Minds is a memory enhancement program for people with mild memory loss that includes creative and cognitively-stimulating exercises such as group storytelling around a theme or discussion of a piece of artwork. Each session also includes modified Tai Chi exercise or other relaxation activities.

Sessions are offered several times throughout the year.
